    • Wrote and edited news releases and public service announcements for Acadia’s Public Affairs office.
    • Phone interviewed alumni and wrote features for the Bulletin, Acadia’s alumni magazine.
    • Edited and wrote several articles for the Fall 2001 and Spring 2002 editions of Voice4, the English department newsletter.
  • Technical writing
    • Produced a training manual for ACME, Acadia’s Course Management Environment as a supplement to training sessions held for faculty new to the software.
